Returns / Refunds
Below are the instructions on how to process a return with us:
If you have an account:
- Login to the website.
- In the top menu bar, click on your name, and select "My Account"
- Click on "Sales Orders" and then select the sales order you want to return parts on.
- Click on the "Return" button, and follow the instructions.
If you DON'T have an account:
- Find the sales email we sent you, and click on the link in it to go to the website and your sales order.
- In the top menu bar, click on your name, and select "My Account"
- Click on "Sales Orders" and then select the sales order you want to return parts on.
- Click on the "Return" button, and follow the instructions.
